In this mode, the program will look for duplicate throughout all the selected folders, not only one folder.

If duplicates are found, the program will automatically keep the one that is higher priority. Then, the user will have the ability to perform a number of actions with the duplicate contacts.

This mode is very useful because one can look for duplicates that are in different folders. You can use this mode to get rid of contacts that you only created as backups in the first place.
